Nah. Mecha like these tend to have energy shields around where the pilot sits. If not, then stuff usually doesn't make it to the pilot.

Plus she's wearing an armored suit, so even without an energy field you'd need something high calibur (which would probably take out the unit too) or get a headshot, and good luck with that since you'd have to be infront of the thing to get a clean shot.

And let's not forget that the headshot thing can be resolved if she was to wear an armored helmet as well when taking the thing out to battle.

Granted, you have to survive long enough to shoot AND hope she doesn't shoot it in mid-air.
