Cover of a Bandai anthology released sporadically. I hear this is from volume 7, but there's precious little information that I've found so far. It doesn't help that searching for anything "comix" turns up millions of false positives. Maybe Henmere knows what's up?

The trick is to search in Japanese whenever possible. According to the Wikipedia page, volume 7 is indeed the only one in which 山羽二貴, いしかわじゅん, and あとべまさひろ all appeared as authors.

Edit: And it turns out some people are still selling it used, 22 years after its publication.

Interesting; I wondered where the Wikipedia article was, but it didn't occur to me that they'd convert the title to kana. Thanks.
