HMS Enterprise or Enterprise(Royal Navy) would be my suggestions. If they really are adding that specific ship.

JP version uses a qualifier tag ("light cruiser" abbreviated) so I'll say we go with the same approach for now but forgo the abbreviation.

Side note, Chinese dodges this problem since both Enterprises are 'translated' differently into Chinese (企业 and 进取) based on different meanings of the word "Enterprise" (business/endeavor vs. taking initiative).

I support HMS Enterprise, as something like Enterprise_(light_cruiser)_(summer_spirit_of_iris_guest)_(azur_lane) would be quite the tag.
Well okay we already have FdG and AvP and their costume tags.

Why do I get this feeling that both Sheffield and HMS Enterprise are going to get along right and proper when it comes to dealing with the Commander being lazy

We have Kaga and Kaga (Battleship) as a precedent. So I suggest sticking to it, despite me personally not liking it.
Although, back in teh dayz of mistakes in AL tagging there was mysterious Aurora_(F10) which makes it even more ancient precedent (but bad and mistake) for AL tagging of similar ship names but different classes.

The Warship Girls version is enterprise (hms) (warship girls r), if that helps.

calling her light cruiser Enterprise WILL make some people think that Enterprise (USN) had an actual form before she become a CV. (especially those who had no knowledge to it)

Especially we got a "Battleship version" tag for Kaga, so it is best she might be called with a RN(royal navy) or HMS instead.

There is always someone who feels superior by invalidating other people jokes with "logic" and "reason" and "facts".
I, for one, laughed.

For what it's worth, Global server is calling her "Enterprise" and "HMS Enterprise", like they normally did for other ships. So maybe we wait when the event arrives.

Not my point btw. I'm just tired about that the only thing I read about Enterprise is with Belfast (which is not a character of my like).
I won't deny that I think that a Joke must have sense and not only be "1+1=3", but I don't feel superior because this, sorry if that is the impression. Everyone can laugh at what they want. But I can also comment that, and again my point is not ruin the joke because of "facts and logic"

We can also use "Enterprise_(HMS)_(CL)" since the game (At least on CH) use the "CL". But only that could be confused with the case of Kaga(BB).
I already saw people thinking that she is a variation of USS Enterprise (I'm not talking about this post, but about twitter), when she isn't. So be specific in who she is could be the best.
Danbooru already has a problem like this btw, in the FGO tags.
Artoria Caster is tagged as "Artoria_Pendragon_(Caster)" when she isn't a "Pendragon", her surname is "Caster" (and then another one what is spoiler).
So maybe avoid this problem here could be the best

Don't forget that "Saint-Louis" and "ST.Louis" have the exactly same name.
