well i wouldn't go as far as to say crazy but i think i see some on the building at the top left corner and also on the building next to the giant stairs and a few of the buildings in the background if you look closely.I could be wrong of course but I'm pretty sure those are windows.they would be harder to wash also because they are so hard to see.
