    At least that's what happened to my gems during the Neptunia collab. I started playing just before the event started, don't even have enough gems or coins to get all of them, and resorted to use gems instead.

    Still missing Black Heart.

    Cubes are easy to farm NOW.
    Now we have those newfangled weekly missions giving out lots of cubes every week.

    It also helps that I got all the common units already, only missing some drop units, so I only ever use cubes during events.

    But I remember almost running out of cubes to get all event units quite a few times in the past.

    Nowadays, I'm keeping around 1k cubes without much trouble.
