It seems to continue straight from the last strip. Does the author separate them on Pixiv? Otherwise I see no reason not to put them into the Crimson Wing Diary pool.

It's not as if the storyline is entirely contiguous, either. It jumps around a bit. There's one of the future, with Rinnosuke and Reimu happily married, with two kids.

Actually, most of the posts in this pool are treated as separate chapters on Pixiv, with this particular series being regarded as a single chapter. That's not currently reflected in the pool, but I don't think it's worth the trouble.

As it turns out, this is supposed to be part of a different set, after all. Whoops.
