Literally "go extinct like a dog". Korean webslang, usually expressing the desire for an opposing character (in MOBAs and shooters, usually) to just die already in gruesome ways beyond all hope of resuscitation.
The "go X like a dog" construction is also a memetic snowclone. And profanity.
