I wasn’t 100% sure until now, but I definitely think e uu88 does some of if not the majority of the official art for Genshin. Which would explain why their fanart looks so official-looking.
From what I gather from their Profcard; the artist has experience working in a game company as character designer, IP projects, art director, etc.
