Maybe but the artist mentions Turn A's mechanical designer Syd Mead.

I don't think it is a rendition of the original Syd Mead's design, because that one looked a LOT like a SUMO:

Either way, this is a rather cool redesign.

This is one of the reason why I want a TurnA movie how the white devil destroyed all technology.

Sorry, no, there's nothing here that even vaguely invokes Katoki's design style.

This looks more like the Windfall Turn A, if I remember.
