While I can't believe I could've had that much influence, I did scroll through the twitter replies a bit and only saw one person explicitly ask about the dwarf's backstory. Dixa was far more popular.
After seeing this intro, we can definitely say that Ragmar is far too pragmatic to be Lawful. Given how much other dwarves hate him, one could even say he's verging on evil for them specifically.
