I ran into some miniatures painted in this color scheme a while back and I always that they looked cool.  Honestly, I find any of the non-European-styled Space Marine themes really interesting.  I'm not sure if these are part of the canon at all (these guys are suppose to be descendant of the Iron Hands), but it would sure be cool if they were.
