What are the rules on this anyway? The howto: says to just tag any identifiable character. Does that mean a full name is necessary? Is there a minimum of posts the character has to appear in? Could we've just called her the tsuntsuntsunts- ...tsunderegirl or tsundere_girl_(yakitomato) this entire time? Someone please tell me!

It's possible (like you said) Yuu may not be her complete first name. It's always possible to bulk rename afterwards right? Don't know how cumbersome the process is. I don't have any objections against adding Yuu Tachibana.

This girl is so full of "dere" she's looks like she's gonna burst.
