I don't think so. The last two pages are flashbacks to Douki-kun's and Senpai-san's college days (indicated by the black border and the fact that Senpai-san has long hair), so this may be a younger version of Douki-chan.
What I surmise from the last few pages is that Douki-kun took Senpai-san to a speciality coffee shop during their college days and a girl working there either was Douki-chan or strongly resembled her when wearing glasses. And while my command of Japanese is only rudimentary, I'm guessing Douki-kun specifically went there because he had a crush on Douki-chan (or someone who looked like her) all the way back in college, something that's been brought up before on two occasions, once when Senpai-san tried to sleep with him (post #4418500) in college and once when Senpai-san commented that he still likes girls "that are like small animals" (post #3924252).
Senpai-san specifically remembers this moment because of Douki-chan's glasses and asks her something to the effect of "was that you?" at the end.
(And now I wonder how post #4914795 fits into this series of events, but most of the twitter stuff has been wonky with its coherency anyway)
