Red = Love (duh)
Blue = Friends
Green = Rivals
Yellow = Family(?)

So Touma doesn't have romantic feelings for any of them? Sheesh.

天草式 (tengusa-shiki?) looks like it's used as a name of some sort, so I'm hesitant to attempt to translate it until I know more.

Can anyone name those characters?

As far as the "love connections" go , I can understand Index, Mikoto and her "sisters" and even Aisa (Touma got an arm sliced off fighting for her sake). But Kaori!? Don't get me wrong, I love Kaori and all but I didn't get the impression that she had any sort of feelings for Touma. Well, not in the anime anyway. And who the hell is that girl to the left of Kaori?

That's in the novel, the novel is way further than the anime.

Itsuwa. Amakusa Catholic (Kaori's kouhai)who became a bodyguard of Touma in the novels. Probably one of the biggest love rival of Mikoto, Kaori and Index.

Touma's cousin is Otohime. Not sure about full name, but I believe left of Oriana is one of the princesses from the Royal British family, Carrisa.

The name is Tatsugami Otohime

lol, nub doesn't know the anime only covers 6 novels and there are 19 novels so far.

19 novels + 2 side stories + 2 mininovels.

If Shirai Kuroko doesn't love Misaka Mikoto then I don't love Touhou and that just isn't true.

Kuroko's love is too strong for this chart. That, and it's so strong that if there were an arrow pointing from her towards Misaka it would probably get Misaka pregnant just the power of Kuroko's mental imagery.

And, of course, there are no red lines coming -from- Touma.

Eventually, every line from every girl will turn into a red arrow pointing to Touma.

Aniezez Sanctis's arrow needs to be fixed, in the vol.18 she admited she loves Touma.
Also:
Touma and Accelerator = friendship to the point Accelerator idolizes Touma.
Touma & Oriana = friends, Oriana teases Touma time to time.
Lessar & Touma = love from Lessar towards Touma, even she tried to seduce the guy.
