Have ever the Space Marines used bows in their wars? I know that many of their aspirants live in tribal conditions so they must use these kind of stuff, but using it directly in wars against an actual enemy, is there a record of that?

No. They've used many improvised weapons, but never anything like a bow. Unless they ran out of ammo for an extended period of time. But then they'd probably just rely on melee after that.

Never heard of it at all so I'll guess that the artist is doing something heretical.
I know nothing is beneath GW, but please tell me that Bolter isn't actually copyrighted by them.
They couldn't copyright Space Marine, because along with being exceptionally generic, the term had been in use long before WH came along. Bolter though? Well if they can make it stick, they will.

Honestly yeah lol the difference is that WH Space Marine are genetic engineered super-human soldiers, when others are... Space Marines.

It's a little more elaborate than that. The process to make an Astartes is somewhere between a second puberty and complete rebirth. Regardless, GW decided to can the old lingo and embraced using fake latin terms for everything. They're so pathological about it, it's inevitable they'll get around to having a homebrew term for "toilet".
