Seriously, how many times did Luffy and co. cut somebody's fingers off until they said where their valuables were hidden?

XD I'm surprised nobody had tagged Nami (blow up doll) or Chopper (hoof on the side of the boat) yet.

In this Somali-style version of One Piece though, I wonder what role Chopper could realistically fulfill, since the artist apparently hasn't seen One Piece and so probably didn't really know what do do with a deer. Also, no Sanji, Robin, Franky, Brook, or Jinbe. ;_;
