Yeah, I just checked and assides from her not having her "boss hair" on, it's pretty much the same outfit.

It sure sounds like he did. Near the end of EP4 Battler said something along the lines of "What if I say that I like flat-chested lolis with long black hair?" Sure sounds like WA3's Beatrice.

Not to mention her name is beatrice
