Prior to October 2021, bkub began to increasingly post images and videos of his three cats on Twitter. With the announcement of his YouTube account in October 2021, as mentioned in the commentary, his first video would be a longer form video of his cats, the thumbnail using the art here. Since then, he's started casually streaming on YouTube, doing such things as streaming Final Fantasy XIV, and becoming a VTuber.
