    2)These Sprite files are a work of my own expense, and anyone can use it for any purpose as long as the Orderer and Artist are marked, but please refrain from using it for commercial purposes as much as possible.
    No legal rights are exercised, but if they are used for commercial purposes or for purposes and themes that are detrimental to the original horse/person concerned,
    Please be aware that we do not protect you from legal punishment and insults when using it.
    3)These Sprite freely allows derivatives of variations, imitation, tracing, etc. similar to Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) under the terms of the Orderer and Artist.
    In the case of derivatives, if you disclose the source, please inform the address of the original Concept design work and also inform refrain from using it for commercial purposes.

    I didn't do simple commission but outsourced with my own fund to the artist and let her sprite free-licenced for everyone.
