I would advocate executing Eirin were it not for the fact that she's probably the only person other than the lazy-ass Yukari who could repair damage like this. That said, once she's finished fixing Reisen up, someone should subject HER to this just to show her what it feels like.

The knee splitter is a device that was used during the bad old days of the Inquisition. It works much like a vice, driving iron spikes into any limb it's used on (knees, elbows, arms, lower legs, so on) and generally fucking it up bad. If the torturer really wanted to get nasty with this, they'd heat up the spikes.
