At last, Koakuma! So she's working for Shikieiki (her first appearance, together with her [as usual, errant] shinigami Komachi).
Actually, Youki already appeared in #91 (post #488735), when Youmu mailed him to send in more money to feed Yuyuko.
Based on their encounter, I guess Youki is also considering to work for Eiki, presumably after reading another letter from Youmu asking him for more money.

Koakuma!!! So cute! Manly tears trail through my cheeks. This cuteness is too powerful... or perhaps is her succubus powers... who knows.

I assume that they both are shocked that they have to send more money again?

It's a "shinigami"; a "shikigami" is a familiar, such as Ran for Yakumo, and Chen for Ran.
Based on this series, though, it seems that Shikieiki owns a rather much more tame job (after all, this is LoM), so probably Youki is considering for either a desk job or a store clerk - or both, depending on how much Yuyuko strains Youki and his apprentice-successor's purse.

So Koa is always sending money to Patchy? or Remi?

People were probably asking where Koakuma was XD;; Seems like she's got it a hell of a lot easier than Youki.

I wonder how many hours she has to put in for Remilia and Sakuya's buying habits though.

She must be working very hard to, y'know, get the SDM a new van after China... er, Meiling, basically pwned their previous one at the start of the beach arc after she went on a road rage. Other than that, the cost of Remi and Sakuya's shopping habits may pathetically pale in comparison to that of satisfying Yuyuko-chan's voracious appetite, which strains both Youmu and her master.

She has two jobs, so it is not that much easier.

Obviously shes not working hard enough, Sakuya wasn't able to buy Flan a proper Yukkuri and thus had to have ballon Flan pop and make her cry. Good Koa, you made Flan cry.
