You mixed some of those up. There's no G on the third line. Using context clues to figure out every visible symbol, even mostly obscured ones:

"Return the golden age!" As far as I recall, completely meaningless in relation to AK. Could be a reference to something else but google just gives a lot of "Return of the golden age" results.

It's actually not meaningless. I've got no clue what it's about but it appears to have something to do with the next event on global that's related to the Seaborns, which is what Skadi is. Also there's BGM in game with the name. [Arknights] Stultifera Navis BGM - The Golden Age Will Return Again
