Female Yukari is Yukana.

Male Yukari looks like an evil bishonen. Which, in all honesty, should have be expected.
Also, this is the second time I've seen one of these format of gender-swap things. Is this a new meme on pixiv?

Yukari is in it. And she is voiced by none other than *ba-dum chh!* Kikuko Inoue. Honestly, they couldn't grab anyone that would suit the role better than her. Long before that I've been reading Yukari's dialogues in Kikuko's voice in my head.

Really? I've been thinking Sayaka Ohara. Yukari's more refined like Virgilia, but she seems to channel a lot of Beatrice's mischief.
