There's a reason I didn't put a question mark there, nananonina. よ often gets it in places where we wouldn't use one in English. I used an ellipse to convey the uncertainty that was it represented in the original sentence.

You know, Remilia, perhaps Flan would be more lady like if you had been a good older sister and taught her proper etiquette and social skills rather then locking her in the basement.

To be honest, it is not easy to deal with someone, who can kill you with just one hand movement... She got better only recently.

With that faraway look in Remilia's eyes at the end there I was actually expecting it to turn out that she DOES know how to bake sweets, and we were just seeing her remembering long past times.
