I'm assuming the artist is correct as the art style looks the same. I don't know what tags are correct for the building and the stone object on the right.

The thing on the right is a stone lantern; the building is a shrine (most likely the Hakurei Shrine, based on its size and setting).

More than likely, it is the Hakurei Shrine (in LostWord's style).

When events in the game are set at Hakurei Shrine, usually that is the background they show.

Well, there you go, then. I haven't played LW, so I was judging from the facts that it's a) in the woods and b) too small to be the Moriya Shrine. (And c), why would an EoSD character be at the Moriya Shrine, but that's a little more abstract. :)
