The current development is kind of expected. Though, I thought they'd be dealing with her captors first rather than the elves and I thought she'd be a high royalty of some kind that'd put medicine man at risk.
Those elves are in for a shock when they found out she got raped, scarred, sewn together with the dead, and then merged with dwarven magitech. It's going to be rough.
I really like that pool less and less : it seem like it's one of these worlds where almost everyone is a dick (like Drakengard). Elves are isolationists treefuckers who rant about "muh secrets" but have no problem abandoning their own after she got raped. Notice that no pregnancy was mentioned, just being raped is enough for your entire race to turn their backs on you, meaning that they value their purity more than their own children. Humans are dicks who go "elf slave, what do", and decide that rape isn't enough, she needs to be harvested in a horrible process. And I don't remember, I'll have to check, but I don't remember if elves organs are valuable in that setting or if it's just in that skeleton knight isekai manga. Meaning she might have got tortured just for fun.
We still don't know what kind of person the Elf was before she got broken, but I genuinely doubt she was horrible enough to deserve what happened to her. I'd be surprised if she was kind of the unholy child of Hitler, Satan, Mao and Stalin.

Good. They need to realize that horrible, terrible things happen to people who are left alone, and they need to realize that all the other girls (and boys) who got abandoned likely met a similar grisly end and are probably haunting human places by now.

The slave trader at the beginning who sold Reszurre to the Apothecary talked about using elf organs/parts for ingredients, but just that he'd heard about it as a possible use but didn't really know much about it. So whether that's really true in-setting or not is up for grabs.
And she absolutely was tortured for fun. You don't inflict the amount of physical trauma and neglect she suffered, cast strong magical curses on, and then sell off randomly because you planned to keep them for something.

There is a prequel series (patreon-locked) that shows her capture and abuse. From what bits I've managed to see she was just... Generic Innocent Elf Maiden, off having a picnic before slavers/bandits caught her.

I respect you for being able to read that without puking or punching a hole through your monitor.

That somehow still got even worse, it doesn't sound like she escaped Elven Land because mommy wanted to marry her or something, she was just having a picnic. So elven patrols can't protect from slavers, and if kids get abducted and raped, it's their fault. How is Elven civilization still standing despite that amount of bullshit?

Eh... I haven't really bothered reading it. Aside from there not being a translated version that I'm aware of (yeah, you don't need to really understand the dialogue of a r*p* comic, but it would at least give some context to the who/why in the beginning), I only kept track up until she makes an attempt to escape, unfortunately fails, and after that...
Well, it's all going to lead to how we first see her in this series, obviously enough. Once you've acknowledged that much, unless you're into manga about such there's not much point even if you like Giba's artwork. At least there's the fact that that kind of thing isn't gibagiba's overall theme, like some other artists who are great in terms of artistic skill but focus on more-than-questionable subject matter
It's a pretty common trope in post-Tolkien fantasy to have elves be racist xenophobes - a concerning proportion of works in the genre act like this is okay because the elves genuinely are better than everyone else, and it's okay to be racist if you're legitimately superior, while the better examples go out of their way to deconstruct the extremely messed up implications put forth by the former group. My hunch is that this will wind up in the latter camp, but we won't be able to say for sure until we see how the Elven village and the trial turn out.

It's not necessarily true that they think what happened to her was her fault (though I'm not going to rule that out either). You know how in a zombie movie, if someone gets bitten by a zombie, they have to be killed or exiled even if it wasn't "their fault" they got bitten, because a bite is a bite and the corrupting influence of zombification doesn't care whose "fault" it was that the bite happened? That's probably close to how the elves see this situation - they think so little of the other races in the setting that they view close contact with them, intentional or not, as inherently defiling, as much so as a zombie's blightful bite. Which is extremely fucked up, but there have been people who were that obscenely racist in our own history - hell, there's probably someone posting a take at least that bad on Twitter right now, through thankfully nowadays they usually get more mockery than anything else for it.
As for "how are they still standing", the answer is probably "far, far away from everyone else". It's par for the course for these kinds of elves to be extremely isolationist (refer back to "racist xenophobes"), and it's already established that "outsiders" are not allowed to enter their village and leave (alive). Contact with other people of any kind is likely very rare, and it's not like elven kidnappings are a regular occurrence (if they were, Ydoria probably wouldn't have been so shocked to learn about what happened to her sister).

To point out, this was actual Nazi propaganda. If that's the route they're going, it reflects really poorly on the elves of this setting.
And in that case, Resuzrre- or from now on, Lumirea- is well and truly fucked. She was raped by "ildans", has currently transplanted limbs which may well be from ildans, and is joined with dwarven prosthetic limbs. About the only thing that could possibly make this go over worse is possibly if she had a demon blood transfusion as part of her treatment at some point. This may be less of a trial and more "how high can we stack the firewood".

Acording to Adamska (the frankestein doc, friend of the aphotecary), the arm and leg actually belong to an elf too, but didn't specify how he/she get it in 1st place. But other that that, she was rebuild technically by an amalgamation of necromancy transplant, magic, medicine, dwarves tech and magitech too.

Why does she even need to go home? She has no memory of her past, her fellow elves are more than happy to dump her somewhere and forget she ever existed, and Apothecary-Man's family loves her.

Probably because of the singing stones. The leaders who sent Ydoria out were expecting her to find and capture a traitor to their race creating them. Instead she found a 'ruined' amnesiac who had no idea that it was forbidden... and then there's the added detail of it being her own sister. Not exactly a clearcut situation anymore, and even if she went back without Reszurre and told them about the situation in the hopes that they'd just leave her alone for being 'despoiled' or the like they still want to stop the source of the stones. Chances are they'd send out someone to flat out kill her next.
Thinking about what might happen if Sister is alone after the ruling is handed down...... The more allies, the better, I suppose.Understood.To make good on the responsibilities I'd shouldered, I decided to accompany them to the elven village. However, I most likely won't be able to tolerate a future in which this person is unreasonably hurt any further. Even if I have to throw my life away to do it.You're doing something ridiculous again, Apothecary-san...But,I will never forget... this kindness.Prepare to depart tomorrow morning.
