Isn't this Yakitomato? Or does Yakitomato just use this artist for their tsundere-chan series? If it's the same person then an artist tag merger is probably in order. But they have separate fanboxes?

They're different artists, but they work together. Kotatsu's Twitter profile mentions that Yakitomato cooperates with them on storyboarding, so that's probably why their styles seem so similar to one another.
