Compared to the usual depictions yeah this is quite abit more severe.

Probably meant to be closer to realistic scale, considering the smol human between Yahagi and Hiburi.

This is mostly accurate with the worst inaccuracy being that the artist made Houshou shorter than Gambier Bay.
