Closer to JP order: “At last, Perfectly-Autonomous-Dolls you have made it seems!!”
Closer to EN order: “It seems you have at last made Perfectly-Autonomous-Dolls!!”

Microphone SFX: びゅがーん *Byugaan* *Whooosh*

Alice: ハイ！ “Hai!”

Alice: 喜びのあまり全ての人形を自動人形にしちゃうったわ！！ Yorokobi no amari subete no ningyō o jidō ningyō ni shichautta wa! !
“I was really quite happy that I made the dolls automatic!!”

PANEL 2

Aya: やっちまいましたか！！ Yatchimaimashita ka! ! – I would translate this as the colloquial

“Did you now!!”

Aya: では早速その人形見せていただけますか？ Dewa sassoku sono ningyō misete itadakemasu ka?
“Can you show me the dolls right away?”

ってか tte ka – not really sure exactly how this is being used (same with “miseru” below), so I’ll just leave the Jisho copypasta here “or rather (say); or better (say); or perhaps I should say; or, how should I put it,...; I mean”
見せる miseru – “to show; to display”

Alice: いや。。。。Iya… “No….”
Alice: それが。。。 Sore ga… “That’s…”

Alice: なんか Nanka – according to one sauce this is equivalent to the English “like”
