So Orin and Okuu were random cameos and I was totally wrong on Sanae and Kanako showing up during this arc. I can't help but think of the wasted potential here, but I'm not the writer.

Youmu is way older than Reimu,Marisa and Sanae thats for sure. As for Youki, you can blame popular fanon for that. There has been on official art for Youki as of now.

actually yes, Youmu is never stated to be young by Human's standards. And both Youmu and Youki are half youkai; it's probable they have been serving Yuyuko since the time she first met Yukari

also, look at Reisen, she looks pretty young, but she arrived to Earth around the time of the Apollo missions, she is several decades old too
