Wait, what? 16 out of 24 hours? You'd be spending twice as much time asleep as you would awake.

8 hours is usually considered normal, give or take an hour depending on the individual. Heck, even I don't sleep more then 10 hours and I'm a lazy, parasitic NEET who doesn't get out of bed before noon.
