Trying to figure out what they're saying with my extremely limited knowledge of Japanese; Marisa is clearly saying Sailor Moon's standard intro speech but with "star" instead of "moon" and ending it in "da ze" instead of "yo". I'm less sure about Reimu's line. I *think* she's saying something like "how come *you're* the main character", but I could be wrong. (Google was its usual helpful self, translating Reimu's line as "It's about the you go.")

And Reimu keeping her sleeves is indeed awesome.

Actually Usagi's magic is closer to holy magic then anything else, it's Venus who uses light magic.
