Yes, pretty sure this is a complex way of saying she cannot love without her physical body, which is buried under the Saigyou Ayakashi (probably the cherry tree to which she refers).

actually Yuyuko 'do' have physical body. she is one of a special kind of ghost called 'Bourei' in Japanese, the different between Bourei and typical ghost (Yuurei)is that they have physical body and their body temperature isn't cold.

That's pretty much the impression I'm getting from Yuyu-sama here as well. At least it ain't a total cut-your-heart-in-two rejection like that one from Youmu...
Well it can, that was the whole reason behind PCB. If she ever tries it again, the heroines will come and beat her senselessly, though. Looks like a 'no' for now...
It also looks as though she's crying a bit, or at least tearing up, since you can see her iris doesn't fully reach to the bottom eyelid. Makes me think of a 'impossible' goal for the girl's view, kind of like the Hina's confession picture. I am sad now...

I guess not, unless Yuyuko diehax'd the man un/intentionally. What i perceive from Yuyuko's ability is not that she had an aura of death or something, only an activated ability. The reason she killed herself is only to halt and seal the Saigyou Ayakashi.

No. Actually she killed herself because she couldn't control her powers and didn't want to end up accidentally killing more people. The seaing of Saigyou Ayakashi was just a way to kill two birds with one stone. However, as seen in the dialogue of IN Extra, as a ghost she retained the power, but gained the ability to control it.
All evidence seems to point to Yuyuko wanting to accept but realizing that a mortal loving a ghost is just a human whimsey, and so giving a rather sad/poetic rejection.
. . .
But cheer up, maybe she just wants to give her confession of love under a tree with cherry blossoms blooming around her and her beloved.
Well, Yuyuko *does* have power to invite people to Neatherworld, which she is evidently willing to use as long as the other person is willing and fully realizes what it means. So, I don't really see a problem with her being with a living person, as long as they are willing to literally die to be with her ^_^
So, I personally see her response as more of a gentle refusal.

If that's true, then she knows it's her buried under the Saigyou Ayakashi, doesn't it?
Wait till it blooms eh? *grabs a net* Lily! I want to celebrate Spring with you!!
