i just got done detagging all the trap tags on miki pictures please note miki is not a trap

I believe people are confusing miki, who is female, with that newest "fake" Vocaloid, Namine Ritsu. They do look kinda similar, even I mixed them up before I learned that Miki was the newest official one.

I am guessing this started on various messageboards and 4Ch. Because even on Youtube there was comments (weeks) of "she's a robot and a trap"

Wow. I guess she does bear a slight resemblance to Ritsu, but still that's a rather huge leap in logic.

That would also explain why that one explicit picture had a trap tag despite the picture itself proving otherwise.
