Interesting commentary, but I can't tell which is the commie in power, and which is the representative of the pre-war regime.

The artist's English is not that good, he/she said so on DeviantArt bio. I'm not even a history expert, but let's assume the guy represents the commie who is considered as the traitor to the Polish nation for cooperating with the Soviet invaders by the "cursed soldier" girl behind. Look closely at the red star badge he's wearing on the uniform. He's possibly a soldier of Armia Ludowa (People's Army), Soviet-supported Polish forces during WWII - as opposed to the most dominant Armia Krajowa (Home Army). AL soldiers eventually joined the newly-restructured Polish People's Army after the WWII, following the newly-formed communist government.

The NSZ was the part of postwar anti-Soviet armed resistance group - the so-called Cursed Soldiers, that is regularly revered and honoured by present-day Polish "patriots" and nationalists.
I assume the girl looks like the representative of the prewar regime.

Edit: I doubt this image and such competently-drawn military-themed artworks are going to be approved soon, despite this site have no problem on hosting hundreds of uncanny furry explicit content.

You conveniently omitted the fact that the NSZ was an openly anti-Semitic organization that advocated extirpating Jews from Poland. During the war, NSZ units hunted down Jews and either murdered them themselves or turned them over to the Germans. Their historical activities are a touchy subject in modern Poland, and attempts to commemorate them as heroes have not been without controversy.

But people who are infatuated with far-right nationalist movements tend to gloss over such details, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you failed to mention it here.

(Also, whining about content you don't like in Danbooru's gallery probably isn't going to endear you to the people responsible for approving your uploads, so that's an interesting strategy you're trying here.)

@iridescent_slime I thought you are one of the approvers. Thank you for your reply. First of all, I clarified on my comment that I am not an expert in history. Another reason why I did not explain details that much. I did not mean to complain, I was just wondering things about inconsistent algorithm of post approval despite of reasonably high quality. I found this post to be having much more realistic body proportions compared to any furry contents accepted here. In fact, I have seen several posts of competently-drawn images (mostly rated G or S) not being approved in 3 day for unexplained, unclear reasons.
