The City of Perennial Flowers
The city has a huge solar system that rises up in the shape of flower petals.
The base of the flowers seems to be warmer than the surrounding area, and the cherry blossoms bloom as early as the snowy season.
The "hanami" at the foot of the flowers is quite quaint, attracting many visitors from far away.
