Well if you consider that she barely makes it to the end of the year with any money for her basic needs, even if she works her ass out "solving problems" for gensokyo (which as we know rarely there isn't a year without them in a way or other) it's kinda understable why she's so moody and grumpy in general, not like it woulnd't be nice for her to be more aware of the mood here though...
