I can already see the hilarious confrontation with Oldkagi coming and possibly every other Sakura girl, with the potential exception of the Hiei's, cuz sashimi.

Exclusively at the commander's multinational base since there and the Nevada desert seem to be the main destinations for Akashi&Yuubari's 'experiments'.
I'm not sure Akagi is going with them, I thought she was stationed at the main (possibly international) base.
Is there a commander in this scenario, actually? I got to wonder where Akagi would be more likely to stay, beside the commander or beside Amagi?
The Commander is an empty vessel for the player; but there is a commander in this comic. However, anything beyond a passing mention or a quick glimpse of them is a step too far into self-insertion territory, so that's about as much as you're going to see of them in Akagi^2 (which as occurred already in one of the earlier comics.)
I hope we get to meet Tosa, that poor boat got dumped into the game in a rerun with literally nothing going for her storywise.
She got ONE appearance in the post-script of one event, but nothing since then. There was also a scene in the Musashi event in which CV Kaga came to see her... and was turned away by Inazuma and Ikazuchi with a clearly B.S. excuse.
Oh, the little foxy and the eagle are going to have some FUN!
