As a Dragonmaid player, I think the reason why he didn't run those cards are:
Send-off (top-most card): too situational to be used properly. (I don't use it)
Welcome (right): nice effect, but a bit bricky. No need to run more than 1 or 2. (I run 2)
Laundry & Nudyarl (bottom cards): Laundry's effect is inconsistent for this archetype, while Nudyarl's effect is rarely used [and also tied with Laundry for Hospitality's effect]. (I run both at 1)

Ironically, Laundry's effect works better with Zombies than with her own archetype.
