I think the cow is delivering Milk and Newspapers. Chibi-Yuyuko does have the best pet ever. And to think it was originally going to be her dinner at one time.

The camera Alice and Patchouli "liberated" from Aya's grasp had pictures of Sakuya buying Personal Appendage Deceivers, and of Reimu not being a very nice person. If they got out, there would've been interesting things in the paper.
