In the important announcement they talk about the planning of pop up store and how they discussed pikamee's graduation in advance with marui which happened a month ago.

Edit: gonna add that no one is talking about this because people are only focusing on the Hogwarts bullying and thinking that it's the thing that made pikamee quit when in reality it's just a part of it. There's speculation that pikamee wanted leave voms for hololive since hololive just had auditions but I'm pretty sure that's just denial and coping.

Nothing in that statement says that Pikamee had been planning to graduate before the incident. VOMS PARK was announced Feb 10, the Hogwarts incident happened Feb 7. She may have decided to graduate immediately after it happened. The announcement is honestly worded kind of awkwardly, they could be saying that the planning following the announcement was done with Pikamee's graduation in mind. We have no way of knowing when they actually started planning, or when exactly Pikamee decided to graduate.

My belief in the other interpretation probably is just coping because I really am just hoping it really was a planned graduation since it means she'll be back in some form one day but if she was bullied into leaving then it means she's not coming back and that's a depressing thing. She didn't deserve this when in the end all she wanted was to play a Hogwarts game .

Yep, and knowing the backstory of what happened to Pikamee is even more upsetting. But this also maybe this best for her and her mental health, even though it's bittersweet.

Apparently the story took a strange turn with /vt/ finding out, among other things, that the janitors of /vt/ took part in harassing pikamee. The more I learn about this the more insane it gets and all of it stems from a god damn Hogwarts game.
