I like the facial expression and thought it was an interesting take on Youmu since I haven't seen any art that depicts her as a vampire. I also just like art with darker takes on classic characters in general. Sharp fingernails, blood, fangs, ect.
I don't understand what about this upsets you so much, I tagged it properly and it's well-drawn with good anatomy.

Anyway, thanks for your explanation. It is indeed an interesting take on Youmu, but I think you should think also about "if it's up to quality standards", instead of looking only if you find something personally interesting.
