This would be an amazing anime.

I don't think the shows humor would work animated imo.

I think it could work if all the characters' personalities were exaggerated enough, particularly opposite Teal'c's stoicism.

It would be a decent anime if:
1. If all of the cast were in the English dub.
2. They remain true to the Stargate canon (no crap like Stargate Infinity).
3. The humor is left intact.
4. The near realistic science is believable (none of fake science mumbo jumbo as in Star Trek).
5. "Magnets!"

I think the techno bable in Stargate is just about as absurd as in Star Trek, there isn't really much difference.
