Asuna's eyes are different colors in the manga, it's just not as pronounced a difference as the first anime had them. Check the covers closely and you'll see it. I didn't notice it until I looked at them again after seeing her eyes in the first anime myself. :)
Anyone else think the girl on the second row from the bottom, far left, looks like Rikku (FFX version)? Ken Akaumatsu is a big FF Fan I know, but that's a little close to the mark.
