Yep. Dori may be shady at times, but none of her goods are poor in quality. However, they may simply not be what you needed.
That was what happened to Layla. The stuff she bought was fine, but it just didn't work for her. It's kinda like buying a well-made pair of shoes and finding out they're not your size. Layla simply didn't do her homework before she made the purchase.
