    Kirby? - Kogasa Dee

    If all youkai umbrellas were like Jumpershoot or Kogasa, I'd love to go help them scare some people.

    Yes, but Waddle Dee is an enemy that is frequenly eaten by Kirby, and this, given the heterochromia, is Kogasa made to look Waddle Dee-ish, hence Kirby would likely eat this Kogasa, as mr.mortified said.

    Still, I think that, rather than surprise, I remember a Kirby game (Kirby All-Star?) where "parasol" was one of the powers that Kirby could obtain, which involved being able to hide behind the umbrella and avoid all damage or to splash people with water, or just slow your fall for a while.

    Yeah, that WAS a pretty good power. In fact most of the games have it! So, more of a connection than previously thought.
