CHA Break only lasts a day. Then It gradually restors, and is immune to breaking. You don't get CHA restoration effect while sleeping.

If Sakuya is encountered, however, you can recieve addtional CHA Breaks. Encountering Shino gives a permanent CHA reduction, along with potential groping. If Third Eye is active when Shino is encountered, CHA break lasts until Third Eye is deactivated.

Your only hopes are either throwing in a Kazami Yuuka follower, convince a Kazami Yuuka follower to sacrifice herself for you. If you are not an evil character, the first option will not be present. If you don't have 6+ INT, the second option will not be present. If you don't have a 9+ STR, the first option will fail. If you don't have 8+ CHR the second option will fail. If Kazami Yuuka follower is not present, these options will not appear. If you do not want to, or are not able to use the above options, you can enter a sexual relationship with her, which will give you STR-1 END+1 PER-2 DEX+1 LCK-5 CHR-3, a Shino follower, immunity to CHR break, the lady killer perk, but you will lose all other followers. If you have a PER 10, two further options will be present. If you have a Sneak skill of 100 and have acquired the Bobblehead for the sneak skill, you can avoid her, with the chance of future encounters present. This option will appear even if you don't meet the requirements, but you will fail it. The other option is to take the initiative, where you enslave Shino, making her your follower. Your statistics will all instantly be increased to 15, you will gain a Shino follower, you will be immune to CHR Breaks, you will get 3 perks every level-up, you will gain the 'Author is God' perk(you are capable of creating items without using anything, you are capable of rewriting the landscape) and you will gain the 'The Master' perk(you are capable of talking to every character, hostile or friendly, and make them your followers). This option requires you to have DEX 10, STR 10, END 5 and LCK 8 to succeed.
On any failed check (except the one for PER) you will have a CHR Break, and you will be enslaved by Shino. The game will end at that point.
