Uh, actually, I don't see too much risk with the SA-X here. Of course, we can't say for sure, but I'd be willing to bet that the Phazon in Samus would kill the X-virus too fast to be a threat. And as far as actually FIGHTING the SA-X... Hyper Mode. Game over for SA-X.
Reimu, on the other hand... I hope she's got some good barrier spells. (I don't know anything about her, so yeah.)

Two words: Fantasy Heaven. Once she pulls that off, any unfortunate target within a 360° range are as good as Yuyuko-chow. Oh - and if we consider the infamous Silent Sinner in Blue, she's hinted to be much, MUCH more powerful than what she usually shows.

Considering the X cannot mimic spiritual power due to the soul vacating an assimilated body, Reimu-X would be utterly harmless. X can't generate chi or mana.
And if Fantasy Heaven isn't enough, Reimu can just scream: Marisa, Yukari, Remilia, Aya, and Suika would all come running. Reimu's advantage over Samus is her network of friends. She's never alone, especially with Yukari watching over her.
Okuu or Flan might be a better partner to have when dealing with the type of enemies Samus faces. But what Reimu lacks in offense she does make up for in defense and agility so she'll still be useful and may not end up dead.
Of course an X infected Flan probably would be the stuff of nightmares but I suspect Okuu might actually be immune to it due to her being radioactive.
OK. the SA-X wouldn't be much of a threat but Dark Samus might pose a much more considerable threat. Samus here doesn't look like she has a very high level of internal phazon and doesn't even sport a hazard shield here. Reimu here should pray that Dark Samus doesn't see her as a target of opportunity rather then a threat. Phazon infected Reimu could be extremely dangerous due to Phazons nature of corrupting everything from the most simple bio forms to entire planets.

It was made by supeesujin, it was likely made for the awesome factor, and I think it's more a picture of the two heroines of two game series who look like they're about to take on Dark Samus than some sort of fandom pairing made for fanfics.
