I have no idea what the text says, but it’s probably some text copied from a later chapter in the same volume. Also note that Kazuya went to that shop alone, and not with Victorica (because she was down with a cold).

One small shop caught Kazuya’s eye especially and attracted him magically, even though it looked rather inconspicuous between all the other stores. »Pipes« was written on the elegant sign. In show cases pipes of different sizes were on display. Pipe stands were there as well. One looked like a glass shoe for women and shone green like jade.
