There is some mysterious in salary man suit who bet on Neo Universe 500k and won, then used 1.3 million to bet on Agnes Digital and won again, and finally used 12.22 million to bet on Hishi Miracle, who is not the first favorite to win this race (she is the 6th favorite), but she ended up winning it. So this mysterious salaryman ended up get 200 million yen from betting.

As with any high profile sports with a long history, there is also a chance that shenanigans could have occurred. With social media publicity also on the table today and the same platforms allowing even deeper collusion we may see some very impressive storymaking on the track.

There was indeed someone who betted that much money on Hishi Miracle based on eyewitness testimony; but beyond that is speculation based on the odds of possible winning horses. I personally think he was really lucky. That, or he got his hands on a Sports Almanac from the future a la Biff Tannen.
